Orange Dreamsicle Protein Shake

I am the world's pickiest eater. Not only that but I also go through what I call "food phases". What I mean by that is I will eat a specific food for a period of time until, one day, I no longer crave it. For example I went months eating broccoli and cheddar soup! If a place served it, I bought it. I would look up the recipe and make it too. Then one day I was done. 

Which brings me to the topic of my Orange Dreamsicle Protein Shake! It's summer and it's getting hot. My current breakfast "food phase" is making this simple protein shake. It's tasty, refreshing and healthy. 

Here's the recipe:

-1 pre-made Vanilla Protein Shake (I use EAS       Advantage Lean/Premier Protein/Atkins)

-8 oz. Tropicana 50

That's it! So simple. Mix, sit back and enjoy 🍊
